摘要

狂犬病病毒(rabies virus,RABV)感染导致的狂犬病是人兽共患的中枢神经系统急性传染病,而接种疫苗是防治狂犬病的主要方式。RABV糖蛋白和核蛋白是2种有效的候选疫苗抗原,但其蛋白疫苗或核酸疫苗仍存在一些缺陷,有必要探索载体介导的RABV疫苗。此文概述了腺病毒、痘病毒、α病毒、疱疹病毒、植物乳杆菌和根癌农杆菌等载体介导的RABV蛋白疫苗的构建及其免疫机制等方面的研究现状。

Abstract

Rabies caused by rabies virus (RABV) is an acute infectious zoonosis of central nervous system,and vaccination is the main way to prevent and treat rabies.The RABV glycoprotein and nucleoprotein are 2 types of effective candidate molecules of vaccine,but its protein and nucleic acid vaccines have some shortcomings, so vector-mediated RABV vaccines need to be explored.This paper reviews the research status of the construction and immune mechanism of RABV protein vaccine mediated by adenovirus, poxvirus, alphavirus, herpesvirus, Lactobacillus plantarum and A. tumefaciens.
