摘要

铁死亡作为一种独特的调节性细胞死亡形式,其特征是铁依赖的脂质过氧化物的清除受损或过度产生导致其积累达到致死水平。近年来铁死亡在临床疾病领域的研究成为了热点,在自身免疫性疾病中的研究也逐渐增多。此文就铁死亡的重要概念、调控机制以及铁死亡在几种常见自身免疫性疾病的作用进行综述。

Abstract

As a unique form of regulatory cell death, ferroptosis is characterized by impaired clearance or excessive production of iron-dependent lipid peroxides resulting in their accumulation to lethal levels. In recent years, ferroptosis has become a hot topic in the field of clinical diseases. Researches on the relationship between ferroptosis and autoimmune diseases are gradually increasing. This paper reviews the important concepts, regulatory mechanisms and the role of ferroptosis in several common autoimmune diseases.
