摘要

佐剂作为免疫增强剂或递送系统已经成为疫苗相关领域研发的一大热点，其中水包油乳佐剂作为新型的佐剂体系，其安全性及有效性得到了广泛证实，部分已被批准用于人用疫苗。此文总结了已上市的及处于研发阶段的水包油乳佐剂的研究进展，为新型水包油乳佐剂的研发提供参考。

Abstract

As immune enhancers or delivery systems, adjuvants have become a hot spot in the field of vaccine research and development. Among which, oil-in-water emulsion as a new type of adjuvant system, and its safety and efficacy have been widely confirmed. Some oil-in-water emulsion adjuvants have been approved for human use. This review summarizes the research progress of oil-in-water emulsion adjuvants on the market and in the development stage, to provide reference for the research of new oil-in-water emulsion adjuvants.
