摘要

目前公认的预防流感的最佳方法为疫苗接种。近年来,采用动物细胞大规模培养技术生产病毒性疫苗所凸显的安全性、经济性和时效性优势日益显著,将是未来流感疫苗工业化生产的发展趋势。如何利用动物细胞大规模培养的关键技术去提高流感病毒的产量,则是加强这些优势的关键所在。此文综述了流感疫苗及其生产方式、动物细胞大规模培养生产流感疫苗涉及的关键技术以及动物细胞大规模培养中影响病毒扩增效率的因素等方面的研究进展。

Abstract

Vaccination is recognized as the most effective measure to prevent influenza. In recent years, large-scale animal cell culture technology for viral vaccine production shows increasingly obvious advantages in safety, economy and timeliness, making this technology promisingly boost the industry for influenza vaccine manufacturing in future. How to use the key technology of large-scale animal cell culture to increase influenza virus yield is the key of enhancing these advantages. This review describes the influenza vaccine and its production methods, key technologies involved in large-scale animal cell culture-based influenza vaccine production, and factors affecting virus propagation efficiency in large-scale animal cell culture.
