摘要

病毒载体能够携带外源基因并包装成感染性病毒颗粒,介导外源基因的转移和表达。腺病毒载体转导目的基因具有高效率、低致病性、高滴度以及在体内不整合入宿主细胞染色体等优点,被认为是最有效的转基因载体之一,哺乳动物来源的各种腺病毒被广泛用于基因治疗、肿瘤治疗及疫苗等领域。此文对腺病毒载体的特点及研究进展做一综述。

Abstract

Viral vectors can carry foreign gene and form infectious virus particles to mediate transfer and expression of foreign genes. Adenovirus vector has become one of most effectively transgenic vectors because of its high efficiency, low pathogenicity, high titer and non-integration into host cell chromosome in vivo, etc. Various adenoviruses from mammals are widely used in gene therapy, tumor treatment and vaccines, etc. This paper reviews the characteristics and research progress of adenovirus vector.
