摘要

IL-17E(又称IL-25)作为近几年来新发现的IL-17家族成员,凭借其独有的结构和功能,不仅介导Th2型免疫反应在过敏性疾病和抗寄生虫感染中发挥重要作用,而且在控制Th1/Th17介导的炎症反应中也有重要的作用。其独有的双重作用机制及其在肿瘤免疫中的作用越来越受到关注。文就IL-17E和其受体的结构特征、功能特点及其在不同肿瘤中的生物学作用进行综述,以期为IL-17E在肿瘤中相关作用的研究提供参考。

Abstract

IL-17E (also known as IL-25) is a newly discovered member of the IL-17 family in recent years. With its unique structure and function, it not only plays an important role in allergic diseases and anti- parasitic infections through mediating Th2 immune response, but also plays an important role in controlling Th1/Th17 mediated inflammatory response. More and more attention has been paid to its unique dual mechanism and its role in tumor immunity. In this paper, we reviewed the structural and functional characteristics of IL-17E and its receptor, and discussed its biological roles in tumors, to provide a reference for the research of IL-17E in tumor research.
