自身免疫病是指机体对自身抗原产生免疫反应而导致自身组织损害引起的疾病。因其累及的器官、组织的不同，表现出临床症状的多样性。中药单体作为根植于传统中医药的单体化合物，具有广泛的临床应用前景和价值。近些年，有关中药单体治疗自身免疫病的报道日渐增多，此文选取小檗碱、姜黄素、雷公藤甲素/红素等几种有代表性的单体进行综述。

Autoimmune disease is caused by the body's immune response to autoantigens, which can damage its own tissues. Autoimmune diseases involve different tissues and organs and show variable clinical symptoms. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, compounds from herbal medicine have wide clinical applications and values. In recent years, more and more reports have been made on the therapeutic effects on autoimmune diseases with monomers of Chinese herbs. The article reviews several representative monomers on this issue, including berberine, curcumin, triptolide, celastrol, etc.
