目的  探索磁力搅拌器的搅拌频率对水痘减毒活疫苗（水痘疫苗）半成品滴度的影响。方法  设置3种不同的搅拌方案配制一定体积的水痘半成品，通过对比水痘疫苗半成品滴度，选取较好的搅拌方案。根据筛选出的搅拌方案进行优化，确定最佳搅拌频率。结果  液体质量分别为10、37、/6/91 kg时，搅拌电机输出频率分别为10、22、34、46 Hz对水痘疫苗半成品滴度影响最小。结论  确认了磁力搅拌器的最佳搅拌频率，为提高水痘疫苗质量奠定基础。

Objective  To explore the effect of magnetic stirring frequency on virus titer of varicella vaccine, live (varicella vaccine) final bulk. Methods  Three different stirring formulas were used to prepare certain volume of varicella vaccine final bulk, the titers of which were compared to select the best stirring formula. According to the selected stirring formula, parameters were optimized to determine the best stirring frequency.  Results  The stirring frequencies with minimum effect on the titer of final bulk were 10, 22, 34, 46 Hz when the liquid masses were 10, 37, 64, 91 kg, respectively. Conclusion  The best stirring frequency is determined, which lays a foundation for improving the quality of varicella vaccine.
