摘要

 目的  确认洁净区使用消毒剂的消毒方式,保证对洁净区的有效消毒。方法  选取新洁尔灭和过氧乙酸对洁净区进行消毒,取样检测微生物限度并检测消毒剂残留,考察消毒面积、接触的不同材质、消毒剂作用时间对消毒效果的影响。结果  采用任一种消毒剂,每4平方米更换1次完全浸湿消毒剂的无尘抹布,消毒剂与待消毒界面接触5 min后,微生物消杀效果最佳;使用清洁剂进行二次擦拭后,消毒剂残留量不影响人员健康及产品质量。结论  确定了适用于洁净区有效消毒的消毒方式。

Abstract

 Objective  To explore the disinfection method of disinfectant in clean area and ensure effective disinfection of clean area. Methods   Bromogeramine and peracetic acid were used to disinfect the clean area, the microbial limit was detected, and disinfectant residue was tested. The influence of disinfected area, materials of contact surface, and disinfection time on disinfection effect was examined. Results  With either disinfectant, replacing the cleanroom wipers fulfilled with  disinfectant every 4 m2 and disinfectant contact with the clean interface for 5 min obtained the best microbial elimination effect. After the second wipe with detergent, the residual amount of disinfectant did not affect human health and product quality. Conclusion  A suitable method for disinfection in clean areas was established.
