摘要

病毒性感染是引起人体众多疾病的主要原因之一，病毒分布广泛，危害性普遍较高。维生素D作为人体的必需物质，是机体免疫调节的重要参与者，在预防和治疗病毒性感染方面一直发挥着重要作用。此文主要论述了维生素D防治几种常见病毒性感染的最新临床研究进展,并对其防治COVID-19的前景进行了展望。

Abstract

Viral infection is one of the main causes for many human diseases. Viruses are widely distributed and generally highly harmful. Vitamin D, an essential substance for human body, is an important participant in immune regulation, and plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of viral infection. This article mainly discusses the latest clinical research progress of vitamin D in the prevention and treatment of several common viral infections. The prospects of COVID-19 prevention and treatment by vitamin D are also discussed.
