细胞因子是一大类可溶性的小分子多肽或蛋白质，成员包括IFN、生长因子、IL和趋化因子等。它们都是体内重要的免疫调节分子，参与固有免疫和适应性免疫的激活和调节，因而作为内源性佐剂有很大的应用前景，近年一直是研究热点。此文就细胞因子佐剂在流感疫苗领域应用的研究进展做一综述。

Cytokines are a wide range of soluble small peptides or proteins, including IFNs, growth factors, ILs, chemokines, etc. They are essential regulators of immune system, participating in the activation and regulation of innate and adaptive immunity. Therefore, cytokines have a broad application prospect as endogenous adjuvants, and become research focus in recent years. This review summarizes research progress on application of cytokines as influenza vaccines adjuvants.
