摘要

流感是我国每年秋冬季常见的呼吸道传染病。接种疫苗是防控流感最为有效的措施。目前,多种类型的流感疫苗正在研发之中或已上市,同时,流感疫苗规模化生产的基质也逐渐从鸡胚转为哺乳动物细胞。此文介绍了流感疫苗的研究进展以及疫苗生产基质的变迁。

Abstract

Influenza is a respiratory infectious disease common in autumn and winter in China. Vaccination is the most effective measure to prevent and control influenza. Currently, multiple types of influenza vaccines are being developed or have been marketed, while the matrix for mass production of influenza vaccines has gradually shifted from chicken embryo to mammalian cells. This review introduces the research advance of influenza vaccines and the change of vaccine production matrix.
