诺如病毒（norovirus，NoV）是引起急性胃肠炎的常见病原体。据WHO统计，每年有超过1亿人感染NoV，严重者会发生死亡，因此对该病毒疫苗的研究刻不容缓。目前NoV疫苗的研发主要集中于病毒样颗粒疫苗。此文在NoV生物学特征和流行病学特征的基础上，介绍NoV疫苗开发所面临的主要挑战以及病毒样颗粒疫苗研发的现状。

 Norovirus (NoV) is a common pathogen causing acute gastroenteritis. According to WHO statistics, more than 100 million people are infected with NoV every year, and severe infections can lead to death. Therefore, the development of NoV vaccine is urgent. At present, the research of NoV vaccine is mainly focused on virus-like particle (VLP) vaccine. In this review, the main challenges facing the development of NoV vaccine and research status of NoV VLP vaccine are introduced, based on the biological and epidemiological characteristics of NoV.
