摘要

人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus,HCMV)感染在人群中十分普遍,一般无严重临床症状,但在新生儿、器官移植接受者或HIV感染者等机体免疫水平较低的人群中会造成严重的病理损伤。至今尚无HCMV疫苗上市。亚单位疫苗(含多肽疫苗)是HCMV疫苗研发的一个重要方向。此文就HCMV感染机制和HCMV亚单位疫苗研究进展进行综述。

Abstract

Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection appears very common in population, generally without severe clinical symptoms. However, in people with lower levels of immunity, such as the newborns, organ transplant recepients, and HIV infectors, HCMV causes serious pathological damage. To date, there is no licensed vaccine for prevention of HCMV infection. Subunit vaccine, including polypeptide vaccine, is an important research direction of HCMV vaccines. This review focuses on research progress in mechanisms of HCMV infection and HCMV subunit vaccines.
