Abstract

The paper summarizes the global tuberculosis (TB) status, challenge and recommendation on TB vaccine research, and TB vaccine development progress, including vaccine technologies, preclinical development and clinical trials, since the launch of WHO’s End of TB Strategy (2016-2035) in 2015.
