摘要

 抗体药物的开发离不开抗体制备技术。随着分子生物学和二代测序技术的发展以及流式细胞分选技术的广泛应用,抗体制备技术也得以不断发展。此文概述了鼠杂交瘤技术、噬菌体展示技术、转基因小鼠技术等经典的单克隆抗体制备技术,重点介绍了新兴的单细胞逆转录PCR技术。

Abstract

The rapid development of bio-technologies has significantly promoted the research and development of antibody drugs. With the progress of molecular biology, next generation sequencing technology as well as the extensive application of flow cytometry technology, antibody-generating technologies have been continuingly improved. This review summarizes the classic monoclonal antibody generating technologies, including mouse hybridoma technology, phage display technology and transgenic mice technology, and emphatically introduces the newly developing single-cell reverse transcription PCR technology.
