摘要

柯萨奇病毒A组6型（coxsackievirus A6，CA6）是引起非典型手足口病、疱疹性咽峡炎的主要病原体，重症可出现神经及心、肺系统症状等。自2012年后，CA6因在我国多个省市呈现替代肠道病毒71型或CA16成为引起手足口病主要病原体的趋势，而引起关注。此文就CA6的流行病学、实验室诊断、动物模型及疫苗研发进展进行综述。

Abstract

Coxsackievirus A6 (CA6) is main pathogen of atypical hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and herpangina，neurological disease or cardiopulmonary system disorders may be occur in severe cases. Since 2012, CA6 has drawn attention for becoming the major pathogen causing HFMD instead of enterovirus 71 and CA16 in many provinces of China. This paper summarizes research development in the epidemiological, laboratory diagnosis, animal model and vaccine development of CA6.
