摘要

人肠道病毒具有高度传染性,可引起多种疾病。目前多种肠道病毒灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗已通过安全性评价上市;亚单位疫苗、DNA疫苗、病毒样颗粒疫苗的研究已获得较好的结果。此文旨在对人肠道病毒及其流行病学特征,以及相关疫苗的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract

Human enteroviruses are highly contagious and can cause a variety of diseases. At present, a variety of enterovirus inactivated vaccines and attenuated live vaccines have completed the safety evaluation and entered market. Researches of subunit vaccines, DNA vaccines, and virus-like particle vaccines have achieved good results. This review summarizes the research progress of human enteroviruses and their epidemiological characteristics as well as relative vaccines.
