摘要

白细胞介素33(interleukin-33,IL-33)是IL-1家族新成员,ST2是其特异性受体。近年来,IL-33/ST2在自身免疫病中的研究受到广泛关注,涉及的自身免疫病主要包括类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、系统性硬化病、银屑病、炎性肠病、自身免疫性甲状腺疾病等。此文就IL-33/ST2与这些疾病相关性的研究做一综述。

Abstract

Interleukin-33 (IL-33) is a new member of the IL-1 family, and ST2 is its specific receptor. In recent years, researches of IL-33/ST2 in autoimmune diseases have drawn extensive interest. IL-33-related autoimmune diseases include rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren syndrome, systemic sclerosis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease and autoimmune thyroid disease, ect. This article reviews  researches on the relationship between IL-33/ST2 and autoimmune diseases.
