儿童结核病易导致严重后果，现已成为严重的公共卫生问题。虽然欧洲结核病发病率总体较低，但在少数聚集场所时有结核病暴发，加上近期移民、难民流入增加，容易导致结核病扩散。此文对近期欧洲儿童结核病的流行特征及临床特征进行综述。

Childhood tuberculosis can cause severe outcome, and has become a serious public health problem. Although overall incidence of tuberculosis is relatively low in Europe, outbreaks of tuberculosis in some congregate settings and influxes of migrants and refugees to Europe result in spread of tuberculosis. Recent research advances on epidemiological characteristics and clinical features of tuberculosis in European children are reviewed in this paper.
