摘要

S-腺苷甲硫氨酸（SAM）是维护细胞膜正常功能、人体正常代谢和健康不可缺少的重要生命物质。本文重点介绍了SAM的生理功能、生产与分离以及临床应用等最新的国内外研究进展。

Abstract

S-adenosyl-L-methionine(SAM) is an important life substance which is involved in maintaining the normal functions of cell membrane, the normal metabolism and the health of human body.This review introduces recent research advances in the physiological functions, production and clinical applications of SAM.
