摘要

随着气温的升高,登革热发病率大幅度增加,在亚洲一些国家登革出血热成为儿童住院和死亡的原因之一。登革热是一种蚊媒传染病,已成为热带及亚热带地区重要的公共卫生问题,目前还没有疫苗和有效的治疗方法。各国非常需要有效、价格合适、可提供长期免疫保护的4价登革热疫苗来控制该病的流行,但目前仅靠控制蚊媒的传播来预防登革热的流行,安全有效的登革疫苗仍处于实验阶段。

Abstract

The number of cases of severe dengue disease continues to grow with increasing of temperature in endemic areas. Dengue haemorrhagic fever remains a leading cause of hospitalization and death of children in some Asian countries. Dengue fever is an important arbovirus disease and a public health problem in tropical and subtropical areas,but at present there is no effective dengue vaccine and treatment. A tetravalent vaccine is urgently needed and must be effective against all four dengue virus serotypes, be cost-effective and provide long-term protection, but they are at different development stages. As a result the only way to minimize dengue outbreaks is to control mosquito numbers.
