胰岛素样生长因子（insulin-like growth factor，IGF）家族是一类具有多种生物学功能的细胞调控因子，在促进机体组织生长、抗细胞凋亡、维持机体细胞正常功能方面发挥重要作用。IGF家族由IGF、IGF结合蛋白和IGF受体组成。机体的IGF水平由受体及相关结合蛋白调节。日益增多的证据表明，IGF家族参与糖尿病、多种恶性肿瘤等疾病的病理过程，IGF失调会引发多种疾病，因此IGF在诊断和治疗中具有独特价值。此文对IGF家族与多种疾病的关系做一论述。

Insulin-like growth factor (IGF) family consists of several cellular regulatory factors with multiple biological functions and plays a key role in promoting the development of the cells and organism, anti-apoptotic effects, and maintaining the normal functions of many cells of the body. IGF family consists of IGF, IGF-binding proteins and IGF receptor. The level of IGF is well regulated by the cell surface receptors and IGF-binding proteins. Increasing evidence has revealed that IGF family is involved in the pathological progress of diabetes mellitus and a variety of malignant tumors. Disorder of IGF can cause many diseases, thus IGFs have specific value in disease diagnosis and treatment. This paper reviews IGF family and related disease.
