特异性转移因子是一种具有免疫调节功能的生物制剂，既可以增强机体特异性、非特异性免疫应答，提高免疫系统清除异物的能力，也可以降低机体免疫应答的强度，减轻由于超敏反应而造成的组织病理损伤，对于多种疾病的免疫治疗有较好的应用前景。此文就其研究现状和临床应用作一综述。

 Specific transfer factor(STF) is a biological agent with immunoregulatory function,it can not only enhance body’s specific and non-specific immune response and improve the ability of immune system to eliminate exogenous substanses,but also diminish immune response and reduce the pathological damage to tissues caused by hypersensitivity,so it has promising prospects in immunotherapy of some deseases.This article will review the current research status and clinical application of STF.
