摘要

人源化单克隆抗体已日益广泛地应用于治疗以肿瘤为主的多种疾病。重组DNA技术使鼠源抗体的人源化改造得以实现。此文对抗体人源化技术的发展及面临的问题进行综述。

Abstract

The humanized monoclonal antibody(mAb) is increasingly used in treating many kinds of human diseases,especially in treating tumor.Humanization of murine mAb has been realized by using recombinant DNA technology. This review summarizes recent developments in this field, and discusses the problem faced.
