摘要

红斑狼疮是一种病因未明的慢性自身免疫性炎症性疾病,目前缺乏有效的治疗手段。红斑狼疮患者和小鼠模型显示了多方面的免疫学异常,在此基础上研发了影响自身反应性B细胞活化的治疗性抗体,正在进行临床检测。另外,临床前研究提供了基因治疗人类红斑狼疮的可行性与有效性证据。

Abstract

 Lupus erythematosus is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease with largely unknown etiopathogenesis and no effective therapy. Human patients and murine models of lupus erythematosus manifest a wide range of immunological abnormalities. Therapeutic antibodies which affect the activation of potentially autoreactive B cells have been developed and are being tested in clinical trials. In addition, preclinical studies have provided proof for the feasibility and efficacy of gene therapy in human lupus erythematosus.
