摘要

白细胞介素17（interleukin-17，IL-17）是促炎细胞因子，通过诱导细胞因子和趋化因子使粒细胞分化和迁移。IL-17还参与抗感染的保护性免疫，并通过调节细胞介导的免疫应答或诱导抗微生物肽来参与宿主防御。

Abstract

Interleukin-17, a proinflammatory cytokine, can induce differentiation and migration of neutrophils by induction of cytokines and chemokines. In addition, it participates in protective immunity against infections and host defense through regulation of cell-mediated immunity or induction of antimicrobial peptides.
