百日咳仍是某些国家重要的公共卫生问题。儿童接种百日咳疫苗后发病率有所降低，但在某些国家仍未得到有效控制。为了进一步降低百日咳发病率，许多国家实施了学龄前无细胞百日咳疫苗加强接种。此文综述了学龄前加强接种百日咳疫苗的效果以及对百日咳流行病学的影响，并讨论了青少年和成年人加强接种对百日咳流行病学的影响。

Pertussis remains an important public problem in some countries. Although vaccinaton against pertussis has resulted in an enomous decrease of the disease incidence in children, the pertussis is not fully brought under control in some countries. In order to decrease incidence of pertussis, acellular pertussis preschool booster vaccination has been conducted in many countries. The effectiveness and impact of acellular pertussis preschool booster vaccination on epidemiology of pertussis are summarized in this review, and impact of booster vaccination for adolescents and adults on epidemiology of pertussis is also discussed.
