摘要

糖化(glycation)和糖基化(glycosylation)是两种重要且易于混淆的重组抗体药物翻译后修饰方式,分别为非酶和酶促的糖修饰反应。国内外关于重组抗体的糖基化研究已较为深入和广泛,而关于糖化的研究是近年来新近出现的关注点,目前国内尚无关于抗体药物糖化研究的文献报道。此文就重组抗体药物的糖化研究进展做一综述。

Abstract

 Glycation and glycosylation are two important and easily confused post-translational modifications of recombinant antibody drugs, which are non-enzymatic and enzymatic (enzyme-driven) sugar modification reactions, respectively. In-depth and extensive researches have been taken on glycosylation of recombinant antibodies. However, only in recent years, have researches on glycation begun to draw more attention while there is still no published report in China. This article reviews the research progress in glycation of recombinant antibody drugs.
