佐剂是许多人用疫苗的重要组成部分。疫苗中加入佐剂不仅能增强抗原的免疫原性，节省疫苗用量，还能扩大疫苗诱导免疫应答的范围，诱导交叉保护。铝佐剂是经典的人用流感疫苗佐剂，能提高抗原特异性抗体滴度，诱导强的体液免疫应答。此文就流感疫苗中应用的铝佐剂的性质、作用机制、在流感疫苗中的应用研究进行总结和分析，并对佐剂研究的进一步发展提出见解。

Adjuvants are essential components of many human vaccines. The addition of adjuvants to vaccines can efficiently increase immunogenicity of antigens, allow dose-sparing, and expand breadth of immune response to vaccines, to induco cross-reaction. Aluminium adjuvants are the most classical adjuvants in human influenza vaccines. They have the capacity of enhancing antigen-specific antibody titers and inducing potent humoral immunity. In this article, the property, action mechanism and application research in influenza vaccines of aluminium adjuvants are outlined, also the thoughts and proposals about further development of adjuvants are addressed.
