摘要

自1993年发现单域抗体至今，单域抗体的研究和应用取得了突破性的进展。单域抗体除了作为诊断试剂和药物或靶向递送体系外，还可用于肿瘤成像诊断。此文就单域抗体在肿瘤免疫治疗和肿瘤成像方面的研究进展及应用进行综述。

Abstract

Since single domain antibody was found in 1993, its research and application have made great progress. Single domain antibody can be used for imaging diagnosis of tumors as well as diagnostics and medicines or targeting delivery system. In this review, research progress and application of single domain antibody in tumor immunotherapy and imaging are summarized.
