摘要

 铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pa)是一种重要的条件致病菌,能引起严重的医院内感染和社区获得性感染。随着抗药性菌株尤其是多重抗药性菌株的出现,使得采用有效疫苗来预防Pa感染变得更加重要。此文简要概述了多糖疫苗、鞭毛疫苗、外膜蛋白疫苗、灭活全菌体疫苗、减毒活疫苗、菌毛疫苗以及DNA疫苗的研制近况。

Abstract

 Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Pa) is an important opportunistic Pathogen,which can cause hospital- and community-acquired infections.With the emergence of antibiotic-resistant Pa strain, especially multiple-antibiotic-resistant Pa strain,using efficacious vaccine to prevent PA infection become more imorptant. This review summarizes the present state of the resesrch and development of Pa vaccines,including polysaccharide vaccine,flagella vaccine,outer membrane protein vaccine,killed whole cell vaccine,live-attenuated vaccine,pili vaccine and DNA vaccine.
