摘要

静脉注射用免疫球蛋白(intravenous immunoglobulin, IVIG)越来越广泛地作为免疫调节剂进行使用,但有关IVIG免疫调节作用的研究却很少。人们在采用微阵列技术研究IVIG免疫调节作用方面进行了一些尝试,此文就该领域的研究进展作一介绍。

Abstract

There has been an increase in the use of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) as an immunomodulation drug in the last 20 years, but very few studies relate to its immunomodulation. In the recent years, efforts have been made to study the immunomodulation of IVIG with microarray technologies. The research progress in this area is reviewed in this article.
