摘要

前列腺癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,易复发,其治疗多采用手术加放疗化疗方法。近年来,动物实验和人体临床试验表明,DNA疫苗是治疗前列腺癌的一种安全有效的方式。本文主要阐述了DNA疫苗靶向的前列腺癌抗原以及优化疫苗的方法,并提出了治疗前列腺癌新策略。

Abstract

  Prostate cancer is a common recurrent malignancy, which is usually treated by surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In recent years, animal experiments and human clinical trials have suggested that DNA vaccine is an effective and safe treatment for prostate cancer. This paper mainly introduces prostate cancer antigens which are
the targets of DNA vaccine and DNA vaccine optimization approaches, and proposes new strategies for the treatment of prostate cancer.
