鼠巨细胞病毒(murine cytomegalovirus, MCMV)的基因组结构、基因表达模式、细胞嗜性和感染进程等都与人巨细胞病毒（human cytomegalovirus, HCMV）有很多相似之处，因此，常使用MCMV感染模型研究HCMV的相关疾病及致病机制。此文主要对近年来国际上对MCMV感染模型研究中与病毒感染相关的特异性细胞免疫功能机制的研究新进展做一综述。

There are many similarities in genome structure, gene expression patterns, cell tropism and infection process between murine cytomegalovirus (MCMV) and human cytomegalovirus (HCMV). Therefore, a MCMV infection model has been used to study HCMV-associated diseases and its pathogenesis. In this article, recent international researches on the specific cellular immune response and the functional mechanism associated with viral infection in MCMV infection models are reviewed.
