摘要

人轮状病毒是引起婴幼儿腹泻最常见的病原体，疫苗接种是降低轮状病毒疾病发病率的有效方法。此文简要介绍了轮状病毒疾病的流行病学和临床特征，并对口服轮状病毒减毒活疫苗的保护效果做一综述。

Abstract

Human rotavirus is the most common pathogen of childhood diarrhea, and vaccination is an effective way to reduce the morbidity of rotavirus diseases. This review briefly introduces the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of rotavirus diseases, and summarizes the protection efficacy of oral live attenuated rotavirus vaccines.
