摘要

疟疾仍是全球主要的公共卫生威胁,而且减毒子孢子疫苗和重组环子孢子蛋白疫苗不足以有效预防疟疾。 RTS,S疫苗作为目前最先进的疟疾候选疫苗,其在非洲的临床试验结果已使人们看到了控制疟疾的希望。此文就RTS,S疫苗的研究进展及其免疫机制进行简要综述。

Abstract

 Malaria remains a major public health threat in the world, and vaccines such as attenuated sporozoite vaccines and recombinant circumsporozoite vaccines are not effective enough to prevent it. RTS,S vaccines are the most advanced candidate vaccines against human malaria, and their results in clinical trials in Africa make people see the prospect of malaria control. This review summarizes the research progress and  immunological mechanisms of RTS, S vaccines.
