现行人用鼠疫活疫苗在产品的一致性、易操作性、不良反应以及对肺鼠疫的预防等方面均存在不足，这就促进了新型鼠疫疫苗的研究。此文从鼠疫疫苗潜在候选抗原、抗鼠疫免疫及新型鼠疫疫苗研究现状、障碍和展望等方面进行综述。

 As current available attenuated plague vaccine for human has some disadvantages in terms of products consistency,inoculating convenience,adverse reactions and protection against pneumonic plague,new plague vaccines research is promoted.In this review,potential candidate antigens for plague vaccines and immiunity against plague,as well as current status,obstacles and prospects of new plague vaccines research are discussed.
