目的 分析山东和广西地区献浆者的血浆白蛋白和IgG含量的差异,以提高血浆利用率。方法 将3 600份血浆样品按地区、性别、年龄段(18~29、30~40和41~55岁)进行分组,每组100份样品。用AU5400型全自动生化分析仪检测血浆总蛋白、白蛋白和IgG含量,并用单因素方差分析对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 单因素方差分析显示,山东省与广西省献浆者间的白蛋白/IgG比值差异具有显著的统计学意义:18~29、30~40和41~55岁男性献浆者F值分别为138.994、186.262和139.056,P值均为0.000;18~29、30~40和41~55岁女性献浆者F值分别为209.670、174.120和155.081,P值均为0.000。山东与广西地区献浆者间的IgG含量差异具有显著的统计学意义:18~29、30~40和41~55岁男性献浆者F值分别为146.756、186.262和195.263,P值均为0.000;18~29、30~40和41~55岁女性献浆者F值分别为186.133、190.365和206.300,P值均为0.000。结论 山东和广西地区献浆者的血浆白蛋白和IgG含量存在差异。
Objective To analyze the difference of plasma albumin and IgG contents from donors in Guangxi and Shandong districts to improve the utilization ratio of plasma. Methods 3 600 plasma samples were grouped based on region, gender and age (18-29-, 30-40- and 41-55-year-old donors). The total protein, albumin and IgG contents of plasma were detected by AU5400 automatic biochemical analyzer. The data were analyzed with one-way analysis of variance. Results One-way analysis of variance showed that the difference of albumin/IgG ratio between donors in Guangxi and Shandong provinces had statistical significance, F values for 18-29-, 30-40- and 41-55-year-old male donors were 138.994, 186.262 and 139.056 respectively, P values were all 0.000; F values for 18-29-, 30-40- and 41-55-year-old female donors were 209.670, 174.120 and 155.081 respectively, P values were all 0.000. The difference of IgG contents between donors in Guangxi and Shandong districts was also statistically significant, F values for 18-29-, 30-40- and 41-55-year-old male donors were 146.756, 186.262 and 195.263 respectively, P values were all 0.000; F values for 18-29-, 30-40- and 41-55-year-old female donors were 186.133, 190.365 and 206.300 respectively, P values were all 0.000. Conclusion The plasma albumin and IgG contents between donors in the two districts have difference.
