摘要

目的  鉴定1株在生物制品生产车间采集的菌株wh01的种属。方法   观察该菌株的形态,并用细菌鉴定仪进行检定。采用PCR法扩增菌株的16S rDNA和甲醇脱氢酶大亚基的mxaF基因,用生物信息学软件进行分析。结果  该菌株经细菌鉴定仪检定为沙门菌属,但其形态与沙门菌有很大差别,16S rDNA和mxaF 基因序列与甲基杆菌属序列的相似性高达99%。结论  该菌株属于甲基杆菌属。

Abstract

Objective  To identify a bacterial strain wh01 collected in a biological product workshop.  Methods  The strain was morphologically observed and identified by bacteria identification instrument. The 16S rDNA and methanol dehydrogenase large subunit mxaF gene were amplified by PCR and sequenced. Sequences were than analyzed by bioinformatics software.  Results  The strain was identified as a Salmonella sp. by the instrument, but morphologically different from Salmonella. The sequence similarity of 16S rDNA and mxaF gene to that of Methylobacterium was as high as 99%.  Conclusion   This strain belongs to Methylobacterium genus.
