Bacterial polysaccharide-protein conjugate vaccine plays a very important role in preventing invasive diseases caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b, meningococcus and pneumococcus. This paper reviews the research progress in conjugate methods of bacterial polysaccharide-protein conjugate vaccine, application of carrier protein and phenomenon of immune interference.
