摘要

恩替卡韦（entecavir, ETV）是新一代核苷酸类抗病毒药物，具有强效抗病毒作用和极低耐药性的特点，被广泛用于治疗乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis B virus，HBV）相关的慢性肝炎、肝硬化和急慢性重型肝炎等疾病。此文就ETV在HBV相关肝病的临床治疗中的应用作一综述。

Abstract

Entecavir （ETV） is a new generation of nucleoside analogue with potent antiviral activity and low resistance, which is widely used in treatment of hepatitis B virus(HBV)-
related chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, acute and chronic severe hepatitis and other diseases. This article summarizes clinical applications of ETV for treatment in patients with HBV-related liver diseases.
