摘要

植物转基因技术是一种新兴的技术手段，它给低成本、大规模生产重组蛋白质带来了广阔的前景。此文综述了目前该领域中应用的各种蛋白表达技术，并对植物疫苗在预防和治疗自身免疫性疾病方面的研究进展，尤其对口服自身抗原诱导机体免疫耐受予以重点介绍。

Abstract

Plant transgenic technology is a new technical means that brings broad prospects for low-cost, large-scale production of recombinant proteins. This paper reviews a variety
of plant-made protein expression technologies and research progress in plant-based vaccines for the treatment and prevention of autoimmune diseases, and autoantigen inducing oral immune tolerance in particular.
