摘要

近年来肠道病毒71型（enterovirus 71, EV71）在我国引发了手足口病的暴发和流行。针对该病毒的流行病学研究，为预防和控制EV71引发的手足口病流行提供重要依据。此文就目前EV71在人群中的血清阳性率和中和抗体水平资料进行综述。

Abstract

In recent years, the outbreaks of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) caused by enterovirus 71 (EV71) have occurred in China. The epidemiological research of EV71 is an important basis for prevention and control of HFMD caused by EV71. This article reviews the seroprevalence and level of neutralizing antibody against EV71 in population.
