糖尿病是严重危害人类健康的疾病。近年来，随着基因治疗技术的不断发展，糖尿病胰岛素基因治疗研究有了较大的进展，动物模型研究显示，该策略可有效控制血糖。此文综述了糖尿病胰岛素基因治疗的研究进展，重点阐述了肝细胞胰岛素基因治疗的研究现状和存在的问题。

Diabetes is a serious disease harming human health. With the development of gene therapy technologies, research on insulin gene therapy of diabetes has made a great advances recently. The results from animal model studies show that this therapy strategy can effectively control blood glucose. This paper reviews the research advances in insulin gene therapy of diabetes, especially discusses the current situation and the existing problems of hepatic insulin gene therapy.
