摘要

流感一直是威胁全世界人类健康的疾病,每年引起数以亿计的人感染。疫苗是防控流感的重要手段。除了传统的鸡胚制备的流感疫苗,基于哺乳动物细胞培养的流感疫苗已研制成功。此文重点介绍哺乳动物MDCK细胞的不同培养方式,以及基于MDCK细胞培养的流感疫苗的研究进展。

Abstract

Influenza is a disease which still threatens human health in the world, being responsible for hundred millions infections every year. Vaccination is an important way to prevent and control influenza. In addition to traditional chicken embryo-prepared influenza vaccine, mammalian cell culture-derived influenza vaccine has been developed successfully. This article mainly reviews different culture methods of mammalian MDCK cells and current research progress of MDCK cell culture-based influenza vaccine.
