白细胞介素6（interleukin-6，IL-6）是多效性细胞因子，参与机体的免疫反应、血细胞生成、急性期反应、骨代谢调节等。IL-6功能的行使需要IL-6受体的参与。越来越多的研究证明，IL-6的超表达与多种疾病的发生密切相关。所以，靶向IL-6药物的研发成为人们关注的焦点。此文就IL-6及其受体的结构、IL-6的相关功能、IL-6与疾病的关系及靶向IL-6药物的研究现状作简要综述。

  Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a multifunctional cytokine, which involves in immune responses, hemopoiesis, acute phase reaction, and regulation of bone metabolism. IL-6 receptors are necessary for exerting function of IL-6. More and more researches show that IL-6 overexpression is closely associated with many diseases. Therefore, development of drugs targeted IL-6 has become the main focus of attention. In this paper, structure of the IL-6 and its receptors, functions of IL-6, relationship between IL-6, and diseases and current research of drugs targeted IL-6 are reviewed.
