摘要

肠道病毒71型（enterovirus 71, EV71）是引起手足口病的主要病原体之一，其感染可导致多种与神经系统相关的疾病，致残率及病死率较高。目前，关于其免疫机制和致病机制尚未完全清楚。此文阐述了机体对 EV71的免疫应答以及EV71感染的致病机制的最新研究进展。

Abstract

Enterovirus 71（EV71） is one of the major pathogens of hand, foot and mouth disease, which can cause a variety of nervous system-related diseases with high disability and mortality rates. This review summarizes the recent research progress of the immune responses against EV71 and pathogenesis of EV71 infection.
