目的  观察成都生物制品研究所有限责任公司使用的75%乙醇的消毒效果和稳定性。方法  以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作为试验菌，采用悬液定量杀菌试验对75%乙醇的杀菌效果和有效期进行研究。结果  75%乙醇对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌悬液分别作用1 和5 min的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00，达到规定的消毒要求。室温存放7 d的75%乙醇对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌悬液分别作用1和5 min的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00，达到规定的消毒要求。结论  75%乙醇对细菌和真菌具有杀灭作用，室温存放7 d后消毒作用没有减弱。

Objective  To observe disinfection effect and validity period of 75% ethanol used by Chengdu Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd. Methods  With Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans as test microorganisms, suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to study germicidal efficacy and validity period of 75% ethanol. Results  The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans exposed to 75% ethanol for 1 and 5 min were all >5.00. Disinfection of 75% ethanol was qualified. The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans exposed to 75% ethanol stored at room temperature for 7 d for 1 and 5 min were all >5.00. Disinfection of 75% ethanol was qualified. Conclusions  75% ethanol has a good germicidal efficacy for bacteria and fungi.  Disinfection effect of 75% ethanol stored at room temperature for 7 d has not reduced.
