摘要

近年来柯萨奇病毒 A 组 16 型（coxsackievirus A 16, CVA16）和肠道病毒 71 型 (enterovirus 71, EV71）在我国引起了手足口病（HFMD）的暴发和流行。CVA16 感染的生物学基础研究有助于提高 HFMD 的防治水平，为 HFMD 疫苗的研发提供重要依据，此文就 CVA16 的生物学特性及其与宿主细胞相互作用的研究进展作一综述。

关键词： 柯萨奇病毒;肠道病毒属;手足口病

Abstract

The outbreaks of hand, foot and mouth disease（HFMD）caused by coxsackievirus A 16 (CVA16) and enterovirus 71 (EV71) occurred in China in recent years. The fundamental research on biological characteristics of CVA16 infection plays a vital role in improving HFMD control and prevention, and developing effective HFMD vaccines.This review summarizes the research progress in biological characteristics of CVA16 and interaction between the virus and host cells.
